These terms govern your use of Planniq's web and mobile applications ("the Service"), operated for event service businesses to manage bookings, invoices, clients, and team members. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering a company account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Team members added by an account admin are governed by the same terms and by the permissions the admin assigns them.
2. Use of the Service
Planniq is intended for legitimate business use — managing bookings, clients, invoices, and payments for event services.
You agree not to use the Service to store unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of client and booking data you enter.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Planniq is offered on a subscription basis. Plan pricing, duration, and features are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Planniq does not store your card or bank details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel renewal at any time from account settings.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Client data you store
As a business user, you may enter personal data about your own clients (names, contact details, event and payment information) into Planniq. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store that data, and for honoring any deletion or access requests your clients make to you directly. Planniq acts as a data processor for this information on your behalf.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Planniq available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planniq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of business data, revenue, or bookings.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
